Women's Lacrosse Falls to No. 2 Cumberlands

MONTREAT, N.C. - The St. Andrews women's lacrosse team lost 16-4 against No.2 Cumberlands on Saturday afternoon in a non-conference matchup. The loss gives the Knights a 0-4 overall record while Cumberlands improves to 4-1 on the season.

Cumberlands outshot St. Andrews 43-17 and held a 14-8 advantage in draw controls. The Knights struggled taking care of possession all game as they committed 29 turnovers on the day.

Alia Loydd (JR/Lake Wales, FL), Kennedy Martin (SO/Wilmington, NC), Skii Bollinger (SR/Wilmington, NC), and Faith Hildebran (JR/Vale, NC) each record a goal apiece against the Patriots.

Chloe Isola (SO/Oviedo, FL) finished with 10 saves and two groundballs in goal.

The Knights are back in action on Tuesday for an AAC matchup against Montreat.
