Bollinger Earns Back to Back All-American Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - On Monday afternoon, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 30 student-athletes who were selected to the Women's Lacrosse All-American teams for the 2022 season. Among the honorees was senior midfielder Skii Bollinger (SR/Wilmington, NC), who repeated with back-to-back Second Team accolades.

The Knights, led by Bollinger finished the regular season with an 8-7 overall record and made an appearance in the 2022 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) championships.

Bollinger ended her senior campaign with 15 appearances at midfield. She ranked among the top ten nationally in multiple statistical categories including ranked seventh in draw controls (92), ninth in shots (121), and tenth in ground balls (64). Bollinger ranks in the top 30 in goals with 45 and ranks ninth in the loaded AAC.

Last season, Bollinger and teammate Asiah Dewberry (JR/Avon Park, FL) became the first NAIA women's lacrosse All-Americans and become the fourth and fifth All-Americans in program history. Bollinger adds to her 2022 accolades as she was also named on the AAC All-Conference First Team.
