Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) is a report that co-educational institutions, that participate in federal student aid programs, are required to make available to students, prospective students and the public to comply with United States Department of Education Regulations. The EADA is designed to show the institutions commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for both male and female students.

Data collected will be published by the Office of Postsecondary Education on the Equity in Athletics Data Analysis Cutting Tool. Infromation can be found in the following link:  http://ope.ed.gov/athletics.
