The St. Andrews Knights (NC) delivered a dominant performance, securing an impressive 83-54 victory over CIU (SC) in a spirited contest at the Moore Fitness Center. The Knights showcased their depth and balance, with significant contributions from both starters and reserves. Their strong rebounding, efficient scoring, and relentless defensive pressure set the tone for the game and allowed them to control the action from start to finish.
Leading the charge for the Knights was Londaisha Smith, who put together a stellar all-around performance. Smith led the team offensively with 18 points on 7-of-14 shooting, adding 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 steals over 34 minutes of action. She was supported by Katie Moore, who was equally impactful, tallying 17 points and 8 rebounds, including 7 on the offensive glass. On the defensive end, Jamicia Davis stood out with a commanding effort. Despite some shooting struggles, Davis contributed 13 points and matched her team-high with 8 rebounds while adding 4 steals. Her energy on defense helped disrupt CIU's offensive rhythm, forcing turnovers and creating fast-break opportunities for the Knights.

Their dominance on the board was evident, as they pulled down 43 rebounds, including 20 on the offensive end, which led to numerous second-chance points. Defensively, the Knights forced CIU into 28 turnovers, turning many of those into easy scoring opportunities.
